On March 1st, 2010, SkyLake Global Incuvest 2(“SGI2”) has completed a Series B-1 round investment into Shocking Technoligies, Inc. of the amount of US$ 5 million (KRW 5,816,500,000).

Shocking Technoligies, Inc., is an embedded ESD solutions company based in California and develops “Voltage Switchable DielectricTM  (VSDTM) materials.  Their product has proved to quickly adapt to different products such as cell phones, flash drives and even LED’s and they are further driving to enter into Semiconductor packaging and other handheld consumer devices. Skylake is providing intensive management support for Shocking Technoligies to help them successfully gain acceptance in the Korean market.
